Utility-scale projects live or die on interconnection. That is why we start every campaign at the wire: we screen for high-voltage transmission on or adjacent to the property, then for buildable acreage, zoning and title, before a single landowner is contacted.
Once a site is approved by our developer partner, our land agents meet the owners in person, present a custom lease offer, and carry the agreement through to execution. For multi-owner sites, we assemble contiguous blocks parcel by parcel.

Utility-scale solar
